How is payment agreed for orders shipped to Russia? — Как согласуется оплата?
Payment currency, schedule and bank details are agreed for each order. Both parties should confirm transfer feasibility with their servicing banks before payment.
How are lead time and transit estimated? — Как оцениваются сроки изготовления и доставки?
Production lead time and estimated transit time are confirmed separately after the model, quantity, packing, route and destination are known.
How do FCA, DAP and FOB differ? — В чём разница между FCA, DAP и FOB?
Under FCA, the seller delivers to the buyer’s nominated carrier at the agreed place and completes export clearance; the buyer arranges main carriage and import clearance. Under DAP, the seller arranges carriage to the named destination with the goods ready for unloading; the buyer handles import clearance, duties, taxes and unloading. FOB is only for sea or inland waterway transport and must name the port of shipment.
Which documents should be identified before shipment? — Какие документы нужно определить до отгрузки?
Documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list, transport documents and agreed technical information. Conformity assessment and EAC marking requirements depend on the exact product, configuration and intended use. Any required origin or conformity documents must be identified with the importer before shipment.
Can an existing gearbox be reviewed for replacement? — Можно ли подобрать замену существующему редуктору?
Send the current nameplate, model and installation drawing for review. Torque, speed, motor data, shaft and flange dimensions, mounting and duty must be checked before compatibility is confirmed.
What is needed for cold-weather service? — Что нужно для работы при низких температурах?
Specify the minimum operating temperature and starting conditions so lubrication, seals and motor configuration can be reviewed for the exact product.
