SANYOO Heavy Industry F Series Parallel-Shaft Gear Reducers for Industrial Drives

SANYOO Parallel-Shaft Gear Reducer Capabilities

SANYOO’s F series parallel-shaft helical gear reducers serve applications requiring parallel input and output shafts. Their construction is simpler than that of bevel gear reducers, with higher transmission efficiency, making them a suitable alternative to conventional belt and chain drives.

F Series Design

The F series uses two-stage or three-stage helical gearing. The parallel-shaft layout offers compact dimensions, high transmission efficiency of at least 95% for a standalone unit, and straightforward maintenance. Gears and pinions undergo gas carburising, hardening and precision grinding. Tooth surface hardness is 58–62 HRC, with a case depth of 0.2–2 mm, providing wear resistance and long service life.

Production Capacity and Quality Commitment

Modular production and adequate, well-planned component inventories support SANYOO’s annual assembly capacity of 200,000 general-purpose gearboxes. The Group has adapted and further developed advanced European technology, implementing fully modular designs across its four main series. Major components generally have a service life of at least 20,000 hours.

F Series Applications in African Markets

The F series serves petroleum, metallurgy, mining, lifting, transport, cement, construction, chemical processing, textiles, pharmaceuticals and food production. This range of applications makes it an important product for markets such as South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya. The parallel-shaft layout helps equipment manufacturers achieve compact designs where installation space is limited.
